Our latest project combines the durability of Lysaght aluminium roofing with the modern appeal of Mitten vinyl exterior cladding. Roofing: LYSAGHT TRIMDEK®

We opted for LYSAGHT TRIMDEK® roofing, known for its bold, trapezoidal ribs and subtle fluting in the pans. This versatile roofing solution excels in covering expansive areas, running seamlessly from ridge to gutter without laps, making it ideal for handling Australia's demanding climate.

Despite being lightweight, TRIMDEK® features high-strength steel, ensuring exceptional spanning capacity. It’s engineered for roof pitches as low as 2° and is available in a wide array of COLORBOND® steel colours, as well as unpainted ZINCALUME® steel, allowing for both aesthetic appeal and superior heat reflection to combat the Australian sun. When paired with the TRIM-KLIP™ system, the roof effortlessly accommodates thermal expansion. Lysaght gutters, downpipes, and fascia covers complete the system, delivering a streamlined and weather-resistant exterior.

Exterior: Mitten Vinyl Cladding

To complement the roofing, we installed Mitten vinyl cladding, a highly durable choice for handling the harsh Australian elements. Specialised products like Mitten's Sentry vinyl cladding and acrylic wall panels are designed to contour seamlessly to any exterior wall, ensuring a snug fit and enhanced protection. With the ability to withstand winds of up to 250kph, these cladding solutions guard against water damage and feature a mould- and termite-resistant design, perfect for Australia’s tough climate.
