Our latest project – a stunning poolside retreat featuring a composite deck, stylish fencing, and an adjoining studio – is a perfect example of how we can help you turn your backyard space into a functional and great looking place you want to spend time in.
The vision
Our client wanted more than just a pool area – they wanted a sanctuary. A place to relax, entertain, and work, all within the comfort of their own backyard. We delivered a cohesive outdoor living zone that integrates seamlessly with the backyard and surrounding buildings.
Project highlights
Composite pool decking
We used Millboard® Weathered Oak Driftwood – a premium, slip-resistant composite decking that offers the timeless look of aged timber without the maintenance. Its weathered texture complements the coastal surroundings while ensuring durability and longevity around wet areas.
Safety with style
The pool fencing features Byron Panels in Surfmist, offering clean lines and a light, breezy aesthetic. These compliant balustrades provide safety without obstructing the view, adding a modern edge to the space.
Multi-use studio
Adjacent to the pool, we constructed a fully insulated studio using James Hardie Linea™ weatherboard for a clean, contemporary exterior. Inside, a floating floor and custom joinery complete the warm and inviting vibe – perfect for a home office, pool house, or guest retreat.
